3. Suspension of background access to the Data
   If you desire to suspend the background access to the Data, you may, at your own discretion, decline the permission for the background access to the Data by opt out of such access in “Setting” on the Devices; provided, however, please note that you may not be able to use the full functionality of the Sortware in such case.
4. Appropriate Management
   Although the Software will not transmit or send any personal information about you which identify the specific individual, including the Data, to the server designed by CASIO as described above, any information received from you through your inquire about the Software will be handled only for the purpose to contact you concerning your inqueries by ensuring adequate security in accordance with our

   The terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy may be changed from time to time in our sole discresion. For the details of such change, please see the updated Privacy Policy posted on the Software. If you disagree with it, please opt out of the background access to the Data or uninstall and discontinue use of the Software.
