This is a documentary that follows Shin-kun, one of the team members, and documents his concerns with his own employment and the changes in his attitudes as he covers ASIA Link, the employment support company for overseas students, and the work of its agent, Tomoe Ono. The video gives us a snapshot, not just of Ms. Ono, but of the real situation for overseas students as they try to find work. It includes interviews with the staff at companies that actually employ overseas students and covers the way the students learn about job hunting. As he covers the story, Shin-kun ultimately begins to confront his own search for work.
