Unibird Inc’s NP Kandel centers his activities on increasing the numbers of competent foreign personnel in Japan. He believes in promoting multicultural co-existence not only in Japanese companies but in Japanese society in general. Still, beyond aiming at multicultural co-existence in Japan, he thinks that we, who live in Japan, also need to turn our eyes on Japanese society and live our lives aware of the existing problems. For that reason, we covered NPs present activities, the problems he sees in Japan, actions to improve these problems, his story of experience and conversations with the friends around him and added our point of view and thought on his ideas to the narration of the video. We hope this video serves as a trigger to identifying problems implied in a multicultural co-existence society.
